For most of my life, I struggled with digestive issues such as bloating, loss of energy & fatigue. I figured out how to overcome my health issues and I enjoy sharing my health hacks with others.

I love teaching in-person or virtual workout sessions! As a certified Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor, I work hard to create a safe environment with adjustments according to your individual needs.
