GINGER: This warming root promotes a healthy sweat, which helps with the detoxification process

LEMON: It boosts our liver’s function and tissue regeneration- let’s clean out our main detoxifying organ

CAYENNE: Cayenne pepper stimulates your body’s circulation and reduces acidity

TUMERIC: This root helps in cleansing the blood, reduces inflammation, and helps you soothe your nervous system. 

Recipe for Immunitea

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 inches grated ginger
  • 2 tsp coconut nectar or a bit of liquid stevia
  • ½ lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  1. Pour hot water and grated ginger into pot. Bring to boil
  2. Strain mixture and pour into cup.
  3. Mix coconut nectar or maple syrup, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and turmeric.
