A: The program is structured into 21 days. Every day you will receive a fun & informational 5-minute video, accompanied by an action item, recipe, or hack for you to complete.

Q: How much time will it take per day?

A: It would be amazing to set aside 10-15 minutes to complete the daily videos & action items. The program focuses on aligning body, mind, and soul, which means that it will also touch on time management & organizational skills.

Q: I purchased the program, do I need to purchase anything else?

A: No, there is no need to purchase anything else. You are all set- WELCOME!

Q: Will you be available for my questions?

A: Yes, all members are invited to attend a Q&A via Zoom. The Journey to Wellness Facebook group forms a wonderful community too! Thus, in addition to the Zoom coaching, I am available for questions in the Facebook group too!

Q: When can I get started with the program?

A: There is a rolling start date and I will send you an email with more details!

Q: What if I am out of town?

A: All videos are delivered via email straight to your inbox. You may view them on your mobile or any other electronic device. As a special bonus, a few of the videos focus on finding healthy eating options while you are traveling!

Q: How do I know I am signed up?

A: Once you sign up, you will receive a welcome email from me with instructions on the next steps on your Journey to Wellness.
