A: The program is structured into 21 days. Every day you will receive a fun & informational 5-minute video, accompanied by an action item, recipe, or hack for you to complete.
Q: How much time will it take per day?
A: Participants experienced that it works well to set aside 10-15 minutes to complete the daily videos & action items. The program focuses on aligning body, mind, and soul, which means that it will also touch on time management & organizational skills.
Q: Will you be available for my questions?
A: Yes, all members are invited to attend a Q&A via Zoom. The Journey to Wellness Facebook group forms a wonderful community too! Thus, in addition to the Zoom coaching, I am available for questions in the Facebook group too!
